Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Architect/Designer to lead the interior design efforts for a prestigious high-rise building project. This role demands a visionary with a proven track record in large-scale projects, adept at creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. You will be a key point of contact, collaborating closely with mechanical and electrical design engineers to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with building systems. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a team of including electrical designer and mechanical designer and support staff, driving project success from concept to completion.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborates with and contractors to thoroughly understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.

·         Develop innovative design concepts and space planning solutions that meticulously align with the client's vision, functional needs, and high-rise building context.

·         Finalize the finishing work design, provide detailed millwork plans, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering teams for coordination planned work

·         Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, specifications, and comprehensive documentation packages for interior finishes, fixtures, millwork, and furnishings with Details

·         Expertly select materials, finishes, and furniture that meet aesthetic, functional, budgetary, sustainability, and code compliance requirements.

·         Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of the design.

·         Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, proactively address issues, and ensure strict adherence to the design intent throughout the construction phase.

·         Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability regulations to inform design decisions and recommendations.

·         Effectively communicate design choices, solutions, and project updates to stakeholders through compelling presentations, written reports, and collaborative discussions.

·         Lead the design and implementation of finishing works, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and meticulously executed results.

·         Oversee cost estimation for interior design projects, managing budget constraints effectively while maintaining design integrity and quality.

·         Manage and mentor a team of interior designers and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure project deadlines are consistently met and deliverables are of exceptional quality.

·         Leverage data analytics to inform design decisions related to accessibility, sustainability, and overall building performance.

·         To report and present timely data to board member of directors and top management

·         To oversee project governmental related activities and manage it in professional way  

 

Qualifications and Qualities:

having at least 7-10 years in similar position  

·         Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (with a specialization in Interior Design preferred).

·         Substantial proven experience in interior design specifically for high-rise buildings or similar large-scale commercial/residential projects.

·         Demonstrated expertise in designing finishing works, millwork detailing, and coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering teams.

·         Proficient in project management principles, including cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.

·         Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

·         Mastery of relevant design software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering such as Lumion.

·         In-depth knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards (ADA), and sustainable design principles (LEED).

·         Ingenious and creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative and functional interior spaces.

·         Expertise and mastery of architectural tools, universal, traditional, and advanced state-of-art technology.

·         The expertise of regulatory norms and legal bindings

·         The expertise of green building and their norms

·         Expertise in geometry, calculus, trigonometry, and other mathematical calculations that critical for formulating blueprints

·         Professional certification in interior design (e.g., NCIDQ) is a plus.

·         License to practice architecture (if applicable)
