Job Title: IT & CCTV Technician

Job Description:

The [Golbahar Towers] office is looking to hire an experienced and skilled individual in the field of IT and surveillance systems (CCTV) to work in the control room. This person will be responsible for technical support of IT equipment, installation and maintenance of security cameras, monitoring live footage, and following up on suspicious incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems

• 24/7 live monitoring through the control room and reporting of suspicious activities

• Manage servers and video recording/playback software (NVR, DVR, VMS Systems)

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to camera networks

• Collaborate with the security and IT teams to ensure the integrity of the surveillance system

• Review and archive footage as per security and legal requirements

• Provide general IT support including local networks, hardware, software, and peripheral devices

• Accurate documentation of camera locations, configurations, and technical incidents

• Submit regular reports to the direct supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT and surveillance systems

• Strong familiarity with IP and analog cameras, and equipment such as Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, and similar brands

• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, IP Addressing, Routing)

• Experience with video monitoring and management software (VMS, CMS, etc.)

• Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours when required

• High attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle emergencies

• Ability to prepare technical reports

• Willingness to perform other office-related tasks as needed
